Shortly after moving to Oslo, arriving from New York City, with a bit of networking within the community, I was given an opportunity to create a food brand and PUR Oslo was born.
Having a degree in Visual Communications and certifications in Food Therapy, Culinary Nutrition and Health Coaching from The Natural Gourmet Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I wanted to combine my skills, build a food brand and to provide something that was very much needed in the Oslo food scene.
Since 2017, PUR Oslo has shifted its focus from production to consulting, focusing on sustainability, product and recipe development and small catering projects. I also assist other businesses with brand development, design, marketing and communications strategies.
Custom orders can be accommodated upon request (go to "contact" page). Our products are gluten free, dairy free, free of refined sugar, sometimes vegan, raw and nut free.
